Ingredients

4 egg whites
200g powdered sugar
200g grated coconut
a dash of lemon’s juice

Method

First you have to whisk the egg whites till stiff and add slowly 70g of powdered sugar.
In another bowl put the rest of the powdered sugar (130g) and the grated coconut together. You have to fold the stiffed mixture in. Add a dash of lemon’s juice and form with a teaspoon little balls. Turn the stove on – top and bottom heat 150°C for ca. 20minutes.
